I will never come again

There was no toilet rolls, no coffee and tea, the condition of the bathroom was not good. There was not even soaps. No Wi-Fi etc

5-star equivalent hotel but poor breakfast

everything is excellent.

a very interesting roon, it's better than another 5-star hotel. breakfast rather plain ordinary, nothing exciting. nasi lemak was less fat savory rice, another dish nothing other than soft boiled eggs and toast. I think it needs improvement in terms of breakfast. next time if I come, I will not take the breakfast. very very sorry. This is what I experienced. Overall very good in terms of service, the security guards were caring. difficult to find a restaurant for dinner around the hotel.

The management specially Hotel manager was always helpful and supportive and security wise good location and staff are also good.

Facilities such as wifi and breakfast was horrible. During our stay i couldn't connect to email or internet as wifi was always not worked. They have not checked the room beforehand to give us whether door locks are working or not. Once we arranged everything in the room and try to go out we realised that door locks are not working. Then manager tried to rectify the situation but couldn't. Then he arrange another room in different floor and all the way we had to rearrange everything again. Breakfast is horrible cant eat no any option.

There is rat on my room. Unfortunately I can't take videos or pictures. That rat ate my meals on the table.

Comfortable, worth the price, Got car park,just nice breakfast and in the middle of city.

Bed are extra comfy. Light are just nice, aircond are good . Staff are nice, room are spacious. Breakfast provide are nice and the view during breakfast are nice

First time checked in everythings perfect, rooms with lights...

First time checked in everythings perfect, rooms with lights, view of klcc, air cond,refrigerator, room condition very clean, private parking..

Second time check in. At the same time: first Room: carpet on the floor wet and there is a plastic rubbish under the bed, refrigerator cannot use and placed above the table.. the second: empty rooms! No telephone to call receptionist,refrigerator cannot use n smell, and there are still same garbage under the beds at the headboard, the vent kat ceiling open..

Satisfied.

Friendly helpful staff, nice room, good size and comfortable with superb city views from a high floor at the back. Shame the window was not cleaner. Walking distance to City Centre. Short taxi ride to nightlife area ( Bukit Bintang ) and Central Station, where you can get the Express train to the airport. ( KLIA ) Takes 30 mins.

A little more attention to detail would improve things a lot. Soap would have been better than Foam Bath for washing your hands and showering. The Toilet Cistern was broken, I had to ask for a kettle, a glass and a teaspoon. Shower was confusing and leaked and the sink took ages to drain. All these things should be picked up by housekeeping. Missed a room clean one day as I did not vacate by 12. Breakfast could have offered a lot more choice for us westerners than cereal and toast.
